2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. HOKIFA SUSHI reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Secure online payment / payment on site. Accepted methods: cash and bank card, at the restaurant on collection or on delivery; on delivery, meal vouchers (titres-restaurant) and chèques-vacances are also accepted.
4. Delivery / collection
Terms and lead times: takeaway (collected at the restaurant) and delivery, ordered online; delivery areas, times, minimum order and any fees are shown on the order page.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
